How is Vision & Vows different from a traditional wedding expo?

Couples want to know if it will feel overwhelming or sales-driven. Vision & Vows is calm, experience-driven and relationship-focused, with fewer vendors, no pressure, and plenty of time for meaningful conversations. 

Do I need to be planning a small or luxury wedding to attend?

Not at all. While many of our couples love intimate or design-forward celebrations, Vision & Vows is for anyone who values quality, intention, and a thoughtful planning experience, regardless of wedding size or budget.

How are your vendors selected?

This is one of the most important questions. Couples want to know they can trust who they’re meeting. We share that every vendor is hand-selected based on their integrity,  professionalism, values, and how they care for their couples—not just their portfolio.

Can we actually talk to vendors, or is it rushed?

Many couples have experienced rushed interactions elsewhere. At Vision & Vows, we intentionally create space for unhurried, meaningful conversations, so couples can ask real questions and feel genuinely connected.

Is this worth attending if we’re early in planning?

Absolutely. Many couples attend early to gain clarity, inspiration, and direction—even if they don’t book right away.

What's the most important thing to know before attending a showcase?

The most important thing to know is that a Vision & Vows showcase is meant to be experienced slowly and intentionally—not rushed or checked off a list. Come open-minded and curious, ready to explore ideas and connect with professionals who genuinely care about your vision. There’s no pressure to book on the spot; it’s about clarity and confidence.

How is Vision & Vows different from other wedding shows for professionals?

Professionals often want to know if this is just another high-volume, sales-driven event. We explain that Vision & Vows is relationship-focused and experience-driven, prioritizing meaningful connections over the number of leads.

Will I be placed beside direct competitors?

Many vendors have had negative experiences with this. Vision & Vows intentionally avoids side-by-side competition by limiting duplicate vendors—depending on the size of the venue—creating a more comfortable environment for meaningful conversations and collaboration.

What kind of couples attend our showcases?

What’s the investment, and what does it include?
